I recently testified via telephone before the North Dakota Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. I was one of six people to speak before the committee. It was a disaster. I and other speakers were disregarded and attacked. I realize now that my and others’ testimonies are too important to be limited to just the committee members. So, I am publishing my remarks here, for everyone to read.
