Who do we vote for when the generations disagree?
Before the show began, a group of them started chanting, “please don’t make me vote for Joe Biden.” Others followed and for a glorious 90-seconds, the entire venue erupted in this collective lament. This chant haunts me.

What’s it like being Jewish in North Dakota? My testimony.
I recently testified via telephone before the North Dakota Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. I was one of six people to speak before the committee. It was a disaster. I and other speakers were disregarded and attacked. I realize now that my and others’ testimonies are too important to be limited to just the committee members. So, I am publishing my remarks here, for everyone to read.
